Nature of Emergnency

Use the dropdown to indicate the nature of the emergency.
Upload Media File (Optional)

Depending on the "Nature of Emergency", if time permits, you can also upload media file(s) you think would help with getting you appropriate help.
Press the Alert Button

Hit the Alert a.k.a Panic button, to send an instant Emergency Alert for swift Aid.
Increase Response Speed X

Get help faster by responding to a quick prompt e.g. "Are you at Home? YES/NO" This facilitates swift location of closest Responders to you.

Select "Find User"

Go to the profile menu and select "Find User".
Enter "Case ID"

Copy the Emergency's "Case ID" sent to you via text, paste this into the Case ID field on the App. Note: Case IDs are case-sensitive.
Filter Available Responders

You can filter the type of Responders you want to reach, depending on the Nature of Emergency.
Reach Closest Responders

Reach closest Responders from the list provided. Responder list is arranged, starting from, closest to farthest.
